For more than a decade, we have welcomed guests to the island we call home. Over the years, we have learned that the most memorable holidays are often made of the simplest things: waking up close to the sea, discovering a small village, sharing a long lunch, watching the light change over the Ionian and having the freedom to follow your own rhythm.
